What is Simply Sundays all about?
This is dedicated time to reflect on your life, utilizing the lens of minimalism.
I coach individual clients who essentially want to improve their wellbeing. Through a systematic process over several months we explore many areas of their lives, clarifying their goals and taking action to achieve them.
An important first step is to get back to basics, establishing priorities for improved health, and this always requires slowing down and becoming mindful of the many barriers we tend to put in our way.
‘Decluttering’, mentally, emotionally and tangibly, is a fundamental requirement for clearing space and finding time to get to what matters.
This minimalist practice is of great interest to many people! If you are curious about minimalism and want to spend some dedicated time evaluating what you can let go of, then join me in a group coaching format (maximum 4 participants) for three weeks. My office is located near St Clair subway station in midtown Toronto.
What you can expect: we will discuss some psychology terminology and research, complete exercises to examine habits and expectations, and design actions to take through the week in between our sessions. Benefit from connecting with others regarding similar issues.
